I am pleased to announce that Mike Koester is appointed Vice President & General Manager of Utility Sales & Service, Inc.

In this expanded role Mike will continue to lead USSI's Operations but also be responsible for growth and above-the-line performance of our New Products, Service and Parts businesses.

Over the past two years Mike and his team defined and implemented our Order Fulfillment (OFP) and Customer Support Processes (CSP) and have significantly improved our overall operational performance.
Prior to USSI, Mike had extensive operations experience in heavy equipment, having held leadership positions at Oshkosh Truck, Seagrave, Husco International and Meritor.

Mike has a Bachelor of Science degree from UW Platteville in Industrial Technology.
